Story
Hi, my name is Hoagy and I am a very sweet, and handsome, 4 year old Siberian Husky mix boy. I am ok with other large dogs but would be best as an only dog as I can clash with other dominant large dog personalities.  I haven't been tested with small dogs or cats although rescue doesn't believe I would be ok with either.  I can get over excited during play time and would be best suited with a family who is Northern breed experienced. I would be a great mushing/sled dog....hint. hint.  If you are interested in adopting me please complete an adoption application today at https://www.delaneysdog.com/adoption-application.html my adoption comes with 3 free training sessions from my trainer and friend: Ian at Dog on Fun in Covina.   Looking forward to hearing from you!!! ##1852956##

Story
We rescued Nuki in August 2023 from a kill shelter. He is 3.5 years old and 65 pounds. Nuki is the sweetest, most gentle giant. He smiles so much and he barely ever barks. He is wonderful with dogs and people. He loves people so much! He is a very good boy with a couple of quirks. He gets very(!!) excited by squirrels and small dogs on walks. He chases our cats. I would recommend someone without cats or someone experience in training dogs with high prey drives. Due to our cats not liking him, and our busy schedules we are making the difficult decision to rehome him. He is a beautiful boy who deserves a wonderful home. Please ask any questions you have.

Story
COH Phoenix, an 8 month old female Alaskan Malamute and Siberian Husky Mix discovered in city of Hawthorne. With her striking black and white fur, she's as playful as they come. Phoenix adores children, and she's in excellent health, crate trained, and housebroken. But her true bliss? Curling up on a cozy dog bed for a peaceful nap. We hold an event every weekend at our facility on SATURDAY and SUNDAY 11-5pm and open to the public. It is first come first serve we do not evaluate applications prior to an event. If there are multiple interested parties in the same dog or puppy at the same time we would pick the best out of the 10 applications. Please visit our social media platforms for the specifics for each weekend as it changes from week to week. Please find our application at lovejoyfoundation.org when you come to an event please bring that filled out in hand with you. You can find our application at Lovejoyfoundation.org. The Lovejoy Foundation, Inc. does not adopt beyond a 30 mile radius from our headquarters in Inglewood. Sometimes exceptions are made in a particular situation for an adopter further out than 30 miles which is at the discretion of the director.
