Tiggy was a puppy I rescued from a home, where she was allowed to get into rat poison at four-weeks-old. She didn’t waste any time in becoming part of the family however. My favorite memory of her at that age was when she fell asleep on my mother’s lap right next to a burger. She didn’t even seem to know it was there; she just kept on sleeping!
