I am so honored that Bark magazine has chosen my photograph for the cover and we are beyond thrilled to see how adorable our sweet little Loki looks there!!! Thank you Bark magazine you guys are awesome!!! Can't wait to receive our copy! :)

My heart is overjoyed at the selection of this photo. Loki was part of a litter born to a stray at the shelter. Through Animal Shelter Volunteers of Texas, I fostered the mom, Loki and her litter mates from the time they were 1 day old until she went home with her forever family. I can't express how happy I am that her new family loves her so much, and was kind enough to share this with me. Our little pin-up girl :-)

Would not have been possible without you, Kathy! She came to us healthy and happy thanks to all of your love and hard work!

Does this eye color run with pug ancestry? I have a foster puppy with some pug whose grey eyes are turning green like this one.

Christine I am not sure. When we adopted her they said her mom looked like a cairn terrier but they had no idea about the father. She's all grown up now and looks like a little short hair terrier mix but she does have big eyes!
