DIGITAL SUBSCRIPTION HELP
Subscriptions (print & digital) ordered directly through The Bark.
Q: What is my user name and password?
A: Your user name is the email address that you gave to us when you entered your subscription. Your password is your 9-character account number. Previously account numbers were 8-characters so please verify that the information is correct.

Q: Where can I find my account number?
A: Your account number appears above your name/address on the cover of every issue of The Bark. It starts with a “BK.” 

Q: What if I never gave you an email address or would like to change my existing email address?
A: Please email subscription services at help@thebark.com and we will add your new email address to our list of digital subscribers.

Q: I’m entering my email address and account number, but still can’t seem to log in. Why is it not working?
A: Make sure that you are using the email address that we have registered in our system. Also, check that the password you are using is only nine characters, including the letters “BK.” If it is still not working, contact subscription services at help@thebark.com.

Q: How long does my digital magazine subscription last?
A: Subscription lengths vary. Please email subscription services at help@thebark.com to check the status of your account.


ITUNES SUBSCRIPTION HELP
Subscriptions ordered directly through Apple's iTunes (Newsstand).
Q: What is my user name and password?
A: Your username and password were defined during the iTunes order process. Should you forget your log in please email us at help@thebark.com.

Q: The issues are not loading correctly in my iPad/iPhone app. What can I do? 
A: Try clearing your issue data. See below instructions. If this doesn't work, please email us.

1. From your home screen press the "Settings" icon.
2. Under "Settings" choose the The Bark App.
3. In The Bark's settings, find "Delete Issue Data." Slide the switch to show the words "ON".
4. Press the "Home" button located at the bottom of the iPad.
5. Open the The Bark App
6. Find the issue you would like to read, and download it again.

Q: How long does my iTunes digital magazine subscription last?
A: Your digital subscription term is 90 days. Auto-renewed unless cancelled. Please check your iTunes subscription management to confirm subscription status.

Q: How can I cancel my iTunes digital magazine subscription?
A: When subscribing through Apple's in-app system, your subscription will auto-renew unless you turn this order off 24-hours before the subscription runs out. You can turn off auto-renewal at any time from your iTunes account settings. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period.

Q: Who can get a digital subscription to The Bark?
A: Any of our current subscribers to the print magazine can access the digital magazine for free. Digital only subscriptions available through iTunes.

Q: Can I only order a subscription to the digital magazine, without receiving the print magazines?
A: Yes, this option is currently available through iTunes and soon to be available for all other platforms.

A: If you have any questions regarding your subscription that are not addressed above, please contact our subscription services department by email.

Q: How can I view the digital magazine?
A: You can view the digital magazine on your iPhone, iPad, iPod, Android using our app or you can also view it on your computer, click here for the latest issue on the web.

Q: Is this app available for Kindle or Nook?
A: We have submitted a Kindle app for review by Amazon but it is not yet approved for sale in the Kindle app store. More details will be posted as they become available. The Bark does not have a Nook app.
